I was born and raised in Alberta, and for the last 8+ years I have made Red Deer my home. I love the town, the community, and the people in it.
After wanting to be a Home Inspector for many years when I was younger, I took the plunge, completed my schooling, and got my licence. After working for another Inspection company for several years, I decided to head out on my own. I have been a Home Inspector since 2015 and have completed over 2000 inspections. I also have the distinction of holding my Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation.
I believe that a home inspection is a crucial part of the home-buying process. A Buyer needs and deserves a trusted and knowledgeable professional. An inspection should be easy to read, to the point, and very thorough. I pride myself on my abilities, and on my reports. Thermal imaging is also included with every inspection.

A practical foundation in construction
Allan Hergesheimer is a professional home inspector with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career framing houses, building a hands-on understanding of residential construction. His work later expanded into contracting and specialty renovations across residential and commercial properties.
Experience across a wide range of projects
Allan has worked on heritage building renovations, kitchen renovations, and professionally designed exterior decks and deck covers. He has also held construction project management roles and served as a regional manager in restoration and remediation.
What he brings to home inspections
From framing and renovations to project management and restoration, Allan has seen buildings at many stages of their life cycle. That breadth of experience informs the practical perspective he brings to each home inspection and helps him explain his observations in the context of how a property is built and maintained.
